🥓 Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers

No breadcrumbs — the bacon does all the work.

 Ingredients

* 10–12 jalapeños
* 8 oz cream cheese
* 1 cup shredded cheese
* 12 slices bacon (halved if jalapeños are small)
* Toothpicks

 Instructions

1. Heat oven to **400°F (205°C)**.
2. Mix cream cheese and cheese.
3. Fill jalapeños.
4. Wrap each with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
5. Bake **25–30 minutes** until bacon is crispy.
6. Optional: Broil last 2 minutes for extra crispiness.
