🧀 **2. Baked Jalapeño Poppers (Healthier Option)**

Still delicious and crunchy without deep frying.

**Ingredients**

* 10–12 jalapeños
* 8 oz cream cheese
* 1 cup shredded cheese
* ½ cup panko
* 1–2 tbsp melted butter
* Salt, pepper, garlic powder
* Optional: crumbled bacon

**Instructions**

1. Heat oven to **400°F (205°C)**.
2. Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, seasonings, and bacon if using.
3. Fill jalapeño halves.
4. Mix panko with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
5. Bake **18–22 minutes** until golden and bubbly.
